I've just added the ability for registered users to send us news and articles, it comes with a basic editor, and you won't be able to upload images, but if you know of a breaking news story, or have something you want to say, then you can send us it, just click on Submit News or Submit Article on the side bar, and it'll bring up an editor.

Your articles will be moderated by our team first so you won't see them straight away, and one of us may contact you to ask for images if we feel it's appropriate, but rest assured we will try to publish as many articles as we can.
